For those of you who were aware of my ministry trip and annual church advisory board meeting in Minnesota last weekend, thank you so much for praying!
The ministry trip was excellent and the Lord even opened a door for me to speak at a local TV ministry who broadcasts all over Europe, North & South America, and several other places. I shared a very strong appeal of why Gentile believers really need to stand with Israel. The TV audience and my host Harold Eatmon connected and he has asked me to come back this summer to do a mini-seminar … very cool. Your prayers are powerful!
The advisory board meeting with Bridgewood Community Church went awesome. We had some prophetic words that they said were super helpful and were totally received – as they are in massive transition and needed a fresh word that encouraged their hearts for some mounting challenges.
Then while traveling home I ran into really hazardous driving conditions in Iowa. I saw hundreds of vehicles that had flipped over or ditched into snow banks along with numerous semi’s that jackknifed and were badly damaged. Large sections of ice were really freaky and made for difficult driving. Once again … your prayers carried me.
Lots going on – watch this space for more info!
Blessings,
Jim

This video was made for last year’s Israel Mandate conference (usually around June). It sums up IHOP-KC’s Israel Mandate well, I think. Have a look!

For thus says the LORD: “Sing with gladness for Jacob, And shout among the chief of the nations; Proclaim, give praise, and say, ‘ O LORD, save Your people, The remnant of Israel!’” Jeremiah 31:7
Some random pictures from a recent visit to the land of Israel -

The Sea of Galilee – where Jesus walked on the water.

Entrance to the Temple Mount area.

The Valley of Har Megiddo.

The IDF swearing in at the Wailing Wall..
Isaiah 33:17-22
17 Your eyes will see the King in His beauty;
They will see the land that is very far off.
18 Your heart will meditate on terror:
“ Where is the scribe?
Where is he who weighs?
Where is he who counts the towers?”
19 You will not see a fierce people,
A people of obscure speech, beyond perception,
Of a stammering tongue that you cannot understand.
20 Look upon Zion, the city of our appointed feasts;
Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet home,
A tabernacle that will not be taken down;
Not one of its stakes will ever be removed,
Nor will any of its cords be broken.
21 But there the majestic LORD will be for us
A place of broad rivers and streams,
In which no galley with oars will sail,
Nor majestic ships pass by
22 (For the LORD is our Judge,
The LORD is our Lawgiver,
The LORD is our King;
He will save us)
23 Your tackle is loosed,
They could not strengthen their mast,
They could not spread the sail.
Then the prey of great plunder is divided;
The lame take the prey.
24 And the inhabitant will not say, “I am sick”;
The people who dwell in it will be forgiven their iniquity.

Beloved,
In light of the mighty move of God’s Spirit at IHOP, I would ask you to please cry out for Elizabeth and I as we head to Jacksonville this morning.

The November 11th student awakening – still going! See the special webpage here.
God has opened 5 very bizarre doors and I am sensing that we are carriers (fire-starters) of a fresh wave of His Presence (too many very unusual things to mention in this brief post) but we covet your prayers that this is one of God’s “kiros” set times for this region. Please pray today and especially tomorrow as you gather.
Shalom,
Jim & Elizabeth
